Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technology major in Hotel and Restaurant Management University of Rizal System-Morong 2018 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the Status of Health and Wellness Establishments and the Status of performance of Health and Wellness Establishments in Antipolo City. The study was conducted in Antipolo City. The respondents of the study were the staff and costumers of health and wellness establishments. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling technique. The researchers used the sampling technique since it is intended that the customers and staff of health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City are the respondents of the study. The researchers made questionnaire-checklist the status of health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City. Based from the data obtained, the following finding were summarized. On the status of wellness establishments in Antipolo City. In terms of location, 31 are in the city proper, which obtained the percentage of 56.4 percent respectively. In terms of types of business ownership, partnership obtained frequency of 25 and 45.5 percentage. In terms of services offered, spa obtained a frequency of 43.6 percentage. In terms of numbers of branches, 1 establishments obtained a frequency of 31 and 56.4 percentage. In terms of number of employees, 33 got more than 6-10 employees got a 60.0 percentage. Composite of the Status of Performance of the staff of health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City. With respect to knowledge the verbal interpretation of outstanding. With respect to courtesy the verbal of outstanding. With respect to courtesy the verbal outstanding. With respect to credibility the verbal interpretation of outstanding. With respect to hygiene and sanitation the verbal interpretation of outstanding. On the significant difference on the status of performance and the status of the health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City. There's no significant difference on the perception of respondents in terms of location, types of business ownership, services offered, number of branches and number of employees on the status of performance and the status of health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City.
