EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to determine the level of life satisfaction and performance of college of science students in the University of Rizal System-Morong. This was conducted during the second semester of school year 2011-2012. The respondents of the study were 270 respondents of college of science students of University of Rizal System-Morong. The students answered the Multidimensional Student Life Satisfaction Scale in terms of family, friends, school, living environment and self. The academic performance of the college of science students was based on their graded weighted average in the last semester. The researchers used the cross-sectional explanatory research design, utilizing the multidimensional student life satisfaction scale as the main instrument in gathering the needed data in order to test the hypothesis and answer the questions concerning the current study. The data were computed and interpreted using mean, standard deviation, cumulative percentage, frequency, percentage and correlation analysis specifically the Pearson r and Spearman Brown formula were used as the statistical treatment. Based on the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are hereby offered: The President of the University of Rizal System and University Student Government should provide more equipment and materials like chairs, computers and tables for the canteen that the students do not overcrowd and do not wait so long to have a vacant table to eat. The ceiling needs to be fixed so when it rains, there will be no leaked that may cause flood or wet of the flooring. Provide more electric fans so that the students will not feel irritated during class hours. And when it comes to enrollment, it should be by department so the students will not wait in very long line and it will be easier for them to be enrolled. This will be the things that may satisfy the college students. The Office of the Students Development Services (OSDS) should conduct seminars for the college professors on how they can motivate their students to enhance academic performance.
