This study dealt with the health status and academic performance in English of grade 7 students in University of Rizal System Tanay Main Campus, with the total number of 75 respondents. Percentage, frequency and rank were used as statistical tool. The findings of the study were as follows: most of the students were at the age of 13, dominated by female, majority were from Grade 7-Mercury. Majority of the students were categorized as Normal, in terms of Body Mass Index (BMI). The results revealed that no significant relationship between the health status and academic performance in English of the Grade 7.
