Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science University of Rizal System - Tanay 2016 Summary: The study was conducted to assess the land conversion of the area for the last 10 years. The researchers used a descriptive method of research using guided interview with twenty (20) key informants and barangay officials, actual observations and survey of the area. In 2006, there were only five land uses. Majority of the area are occupied by deciduous/forest followed by agricultural land, grassland, industrial and residential. At present, (2016), there are already areas occupied by commercial establishments, housing projects with an increased average and industrial area. Majority of the occupied are as still the deciduous/forest followed now by residential area.
