The researcher was inspired to conduct this study to enhance kindergarten pupil's learning and classroom behavior. also for the teacher and parents to provide them insight on how rewards can motivate the children to do well in their performance. this study was conducted among the Kindergarten Schools in Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal. It was limited to the answers of the kindergarten teachers.
