Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This study was conducted during the academic year 2014-2015 specially, it sought to find the 3D Animated E-learning System on Selected Topics in Calculus II as perceived by the respondents. The subject of the study comprised twenty five (25) respondents. Twenty (20) students of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Mathematics major in Computer Science and five (5) Mathematics and IT Professors in the University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. The descriptive method of research utilizing the adopted standard questionnaire-checklist was used in the study. Weighted mean was the statistical treatment used to determine the level of acceptability of the 3D Animated E-learning System on selected tropics in Calculus II the variables like accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. To determine interactive Games the significant difference on the perceptions of the respondents, t-test was used. Based on the summary of findings, conclusion drawn, the study disclosed constructed 3D Animated E-learning System on selected topics in Calculus II really caught the students' interest and served as a tool for easy teaching/learning process and can provide information easily and enjoyable meaning in learning that can be more interesting and enjoyable. It was found out that there is no significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. It was recommended that the constructed 3D Animated E-learning System on Selected topics in Calculus II can be utilized to motivate students and appreciate well the calculus II subject or maybe adopted to enhance the teaching and learning of Calculus II. Lastly, the developed program could be an aid to lessen the time and effort of the students in studying the basic of calculus II.
