Dissertation note: Thesis AB Major in English University of Rizal System Tanay 2019 Summary: This study was focused on Visual, Auditory, Reading and Kinesthetic Learning Preferences of 19 Fourth year AB-English students, 31 BSE-I English majors and 30 BSE-IV English major students who are enrolled in the College of Science and Education for school year 2018-2019. The study utilizes Descriptive method of research that gathers quantifiable information that can be used for statistical inference on the target audience through data analysis, having the statistical treatment such as Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with the total number of 70 respondents. The researchers came up with the following findings: Majority of the respondents are in their teen's ages 19 years old, female, BSE English major, belong to a family with parents who are high school graduates and with a monthly family income ranging from 15,000-below. Kinesthetic capability is the highest preference of the BSE group and Reading capability is the highest preference of stands as resulted the AB from the Pre Survey of the VARK assessment. In general perception, Auditory is very much preferred learning preference. Visual, reading and kinesthetic are Much Preferred by the respondents. The respondents regardless of profile have similar view of their VARK learning preference. Based on the aforementioned findings, the researchers offered the following recommendations: teachers may encourage students to utilize VARK learning preference to more learning materials that will fit to inspire them to enhance learning. Students may continuously engage themselves in more VARK learning preferences and conduct of parallel studies along this area may be done using other variables.
