This study is focused on the extent of implementation of basic Barangay services in the Municipality of Pililla for Fiscal Year 2018 to have an input to enhancement development plan. it was conducted in nine (9) Barangays in Pililla namely: Bagumbayan, Halayhayin, Hulo, Imatong, Malaya, Niogan, Quisao, Takungan and Wawa. the profile of the three hundred eighty-six (386) respondents from nine (9) Barangays in Pililla were considered. moreover, extracted substantive information on the implementation of barangay basic services were determined. The profile of the respondents in terms of barangay where they lived in, length of residency in the barangay, educational attainment monthly family income, occupation and civil status were determined using frequency and percentage rank distribution. Likewise, the extent of implementation of basic barangay services in municipality of Pililla perceived by the respondents in terms of profile with respect to agricultural support services, health and social welfare services, governance and response, public works and infrastructure, environmental management and tourism promotion services, were determined by means of weighted mean. Accordingly, the significant difference on the perceptions of the respondents on the extent of implementation of different basic barangay services in the Municipality of Pililla in terms of their profile was resolved using F-test (one way ANOVA). Wherefore, an open-ended questionnaire was used to determine the other concerns raised by the respondents in terms of the delivery of basic barangay services considering the enumerated variables.
