EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to determine the effects of the developed program Once a Fun a Math in motivating beginners to study mathematics. Descriptive and Developmental method of research was employed in the study. Descriptive Method was utilized to enhance the motivational factor to beginner students as well as to determine the level of acceptability of the program. The method is also used in interpreting the findings of the study. Developmental research was employed in creating the program which pertains to physical curriculum and teaching effects in the characteristics of the learners. The respondents of the study were composed of 23 kindergarten students from University of Rizal System-Laboratory schools school year 2014-2015, 15 college instructors and 15 Laboratory schools instructors.The instruments used are the adopted questionnaire checklist form the Adopted and Modified Questionnaire Checklist (Researched and developed by Kristin Miller and Jacqueline Bach, SAS School Interns, Summer 2001) as the source of data for the acceptability of the program and the researchers' made test in the content of the program. The finding of the study revealed that the developed program is effective as perceived by the result of the achievement test. There was a significant difference on the level of acceptability of the developed program Once a Fun a Math: A Motivational E-Learning Device for Kindergarten as perceived by the respondents in terms of the eight variables. On the basis of the summary of findings, it was concluded that it serves as a tool for easy learning process of the students and can provide easy application of the lesson learned, and it is also interesting and enjoyable and properly designated for kids. From the findings and conclusion drawn, it is recommended that the developed program can be utilized for encouraging students in learning mathematics subject. It may be adopted to boost the interest of students to learn mathematics and to add motivating factor and positive outlook regarding mathematics. Follow-up study should be conducted for further enhancement of the developed program.
