EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study entitled "Virtual Tutorial in Microsoft Application 2013" was conducted at the University of Rizal System-Morong Campus Laboratory School by the grade 6 pupils during academic year 2014-2015. This study was conducted for the benefits of the grade 6 pupils in familiarizing the Microsoft office application 2013. The researchers used standardized questionnaire checklist - checklist administered to elicit response on the student perception on the level of acceptability of the developed program based on the variables like instructional content, Curriculum connections, graphics and multimedia, lay-out, technical aspects, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, teacher and learner support materials, assessment and flexibility. The researchers developed a program by using a Visual Basic 6.0 as the program developing software, Microsoft Access 2013 for the database, Cyberlink Youcam 5 for the video recording, Corel Video Studio pro x5 for the editing the video, Photoshop CS3 as the designing software,Alive text to speech and Adobe Audition for the recording sounds, the researchers also used informative material to gather information such as books, internet and unpublished thesis, the researchers also got some information to their instructor who stands as their respondents, it become easier for the researchers to create a system. The researchers also gathered all data needed for the development of system. The program consisted of the tutorial of grades VI pupils. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers therefore concluded that the developed Virtual tutorial in Microsoft office Application 2013 is a useful material for pupils in teaching MS-word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint 2013. The developed program helps the teacher in grade 6 pupils to teach them easily by using virtual tutorial. The Virtual tutorial in Microsoft office application 2013 passed all the qualifications needed in conduct the study and satisfies the user's demand.
