Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This Study aimed to determine the level of self-concordance and life satisfaction of college students that could help the public and private organization to measure this complex psychological state from different perspectives such as quality of life investigations, examinations of subjective well-being, research on happiness and morale and attempts to assess successful aging. The Dimensions used for self-concordance are self-esteem and generalized self efficacy while in life satisfaction are family, friends, school, living environment and self. The subjects of the study were 200 college of Science students in University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. The study used descriptive cross sectional method of research utilizing a questionnaire-checklist.The data gathered tabulated and interpreted Computed mean, verbal interpretation and rank distribution were used to determine the level of respondents in terms of self-esteem, generalized self-efficacy, family, friends, school, living environment and self. To determine the significant relationship on the level of self-concordance and life satisfaction Pearson Correlation was used. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the schools or the community should conduct activities and programs that will enhance or develop the self-esteem and generalize self-efficacy of the students. Parallel studies may also be conducted using the other variables.
