EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study entitled, stressors and adjustment techniques of the selected college of engineering students aimed tom determine the extent of stressors and adjustment techniques of the college of engineering students. This subject of the study is composed of 20% of the population of the students from the college of engineering in the University of Rizal System Morong campus. The study used 304 participants: 120 BSCE, 43 BSCpE, 47 BSEE, 47 BSME and 47 BSECE. The study used descriptive method of research utilizing the self made questionnaire in collecting data. The data gathered from the provided self made questionnaire were statistically computed using the Pearson product moment (Pearson-r). With that computation, the findings revealed that stressors have no significant relationship on the adjustment techniques of the respondents. In terms of perceiving stressors, the students were aware of what their stressors are and how should they react from it in a right manner. This results to a better performance of the respondents and good relationship with other people. In addition, the respondents were devotedly utilizing the adjustment techniques because they know the importance of adjustment into different situations. The results from the computation R-value of the stressors in relation to adjustment techniques are as follows: patience is .07, time management is .10, and social interaction is .05 in connection to frustration. While in academic pressure: patience is .06, time management is .09, and social interaction is .07. In financial conflicts in connection to patience is -.08, time management is -.09 and social interaction is -.11. It indicates that the hypothesis is null, it means that there is no significant relationship between the stressors and adjustment techniques of the students. From the summary of findings and conclusions formulates, the following are recommended: Educational Institutions should provide seminar workshop in stress management techniques for the students, conduct the same research in other colleges in the University of Rizal System, and conduct researchers on stressors and adjustment techniques using other variables.
