Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the physical intimacy and emotional aspects in romantic relationships of adolescents. The study used the researcher's made questionnaire checklist in selected sixty (60) respondents from first year to fourth year students of University of Rizal System morong campus. The subjects of the study are the students 16-19 years of age, who are in relationship with 1 or more than years, and engaged in romantic relationship. This study used descriptive method of research utilizing a researcher's made questionnaire checklist as the major instrument. To determine the extent of physical intimacy in romantic relationship of adolescents in terms of physical affection and sex, weighted mean was utilized. To determine the extent of emotional aspects in terms of satisfaction, hate, anger and depression, weighted mean was utilized. To find the significance relationships between physical intimacy and emotional aspects in romantic relationships of adolescents, Pearson-r was used. The result of the study showed that physical intimacy in romantic relationship of adolescents in terms of physical affection and sex are neutral. It was found out that on the emotional aspects in romantic relationship of the adolescents in terms of satisfaction and hate the respondents strongly agree, while on anger is agree and on depression is neutral. The findings of the study also showed that there is significant relationship between physical intimacy and emotional aspects in romantic relationship of adolescents. However, there is no significant relationship between depression and physical affection also in depression and sex. Based on the findings and conclusion of the study, the researcher's recommend to have seminar and lecture forum relevant to romantic relationship of adolescents, intensity programs to help youth build conflict management, problem solving, and anger control skills and to conduct follow up study in romantic relationship of adolescents utilizing other variables.
