Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Guidance and Counseling) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study entitled IMPACT OF "PATNUBAY AT GABAY...ALAY KO" TO THE PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN IN FELICISIMO AURORA BAHAY KALINGA, INCORPORATED was conducted during the school year 2013-2014. It aimed to determine the development and adjustments of personality of a child living FABKI. The respondents profile such as age, sex, grade pr year level, parents marital status, sibling position and number of children in the family were considered in the study as well as the different aspects such as personal, social, intellectual, spiritual and emotional aspects. The subjects were twenty-eight (28) children in FABKI. Out of 31 children, 28 of them were chosen as the respondents because the 3 children are still babies. The researchers believes that they are could provide information needed to realize this study. Based on the findings, the following are the conclusions that most of the children are elementary grade pupils, female whose parents are living together but cannot afford to support the family. Majority are third born children with more than 9 and less than 5 number of members in the family. The extension activity "Patnubay at Gabay...Alay ko" of University of Rizal System Morong, College of Science has a great impact on the personality development of children in FABKI. And age, sex, grade or year level, parents marital status, sibling position and number of member in the family are not contributory to the impact of extension activity to the personality development of children. From the conclusions made, the following recommendations are given such as varied extension activities may be conducted to help children develop their wholesome personality, followed by continued support of the university is recommended to fully implement the extension activity of the College of Science, and parallel study maybe conducted considering other variables.
