Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the level of acceptability of video lesson in teaching HEKASI for grade 6 pupils in Baras Elementary School. The respondents of the study were the thirteen (13) Heograpiya Kasaysayan at Sibika (HEKASI) teachers of Baras Elementary School who evaluated the level of Acceptability of the video lesson in terms of objectives, content and delivery of the lesson, language and style, audio-visual effects and usefulness and thirty (30) grade 6 pupils of Baras Elementary School to determine their level of performance after the exposure to the video lesson. The researchers used Xilisoft Video Converter as the main tool in editing the pictures and videos downloaded in YouTube and dubbing of recorded voices. In determining the level of acceptability of the video lesson in terms of objectives, content and delivery of the lesson, language and style, audio-visual effects and usefulness, weighted mean was used. and in determining the level of performance of the pupils after the exposure to video lesson, mean and standard deviation were utilized. Based on the summary of findings, the level of acceptability of video lesson in terms of objectives, content and delivery of the lesson, language and style audio-visual effects and usefulness was verbally interpreted as "Very Much Accepted" as perceived by the respondents. In terms of the level of performance of the Grade 6 pupils after the exposure to video lesson was "Satisfactory" as revealed by the researchers' made test result. From the summary of findings, the researchers concluded that the developed video lesson was very highly acceptable as an instructional material in teaching HEKASI 6. It is also concluded that the concluded that the developed video lesson is very highly acceptable for it provided a different learning experience which allows students to enjoy the learning process. from the findings and conclusions drawn, the researchers recommended to use the video lesson as an instructional tool in teaching HEKASI 6, the researchers also recommendedto develop another se of video lesson utilizing other topics in the said subject. It is also recommended to test the level of effectiveness to the developed material as well as to conduct a parallel study considering other variables
