EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The main objective of the study was to design a proposed Binangonan Baywalk Park in Bilibiran to Palangoy. Specifically, this study sought to analyze the strength and weaknesses of the following in terms of location, accessibility, topography, population, site utilities, atmospheric conditional local products. Likewise, this study aimed to draw sets of designs for Binangonan Baywalk Park like the following light post, fence, bench, parasol/umbrella, gazebo, public toilet, car park, playground, landscape and riprap. This study also estimated the materials of the above mentioned building structures and the researchers constructed the miniature of the Binangonan Baywalk park. They also determined the benefit derived from the project in terms of ; socio-economic aspects and financial aspects. The different amenities and utilities to be put up in the project are also given consideration by the researchers. These amenities are zoned to cater the existing resources of the site. This study attempted to draw sets of designs for Binangonan Baywalk Park; determine the direct and indirect impact. The researchers prepared for the following set of plan; such as floor plans, elevations, detail of doors and windows and section of the bridge. In constructing the miniature of the proposed Binangonan Baywalk Park, the miniature was not constructed to scale. In summarizing the study, the researchers knew that it takes 10 or 15 minutes to reach the site, and the electricity is sufficient and adequate service in needs of the costumers. The researchers concluded that the study may given satisfaction, enjoyment and a comfortable and relaxing feeling to the costumers and tourists. The estimated budget of the proposal is P 25, 610, 507.00 The researchers determined the socio-economic benefits derived from the project. The socio-economic benefits resulting from the project are generating employment for the residents of Binangonan and its neighbor towns. It will also improve quality of living in the area. Based on the summary of findings and conclusions made the researchers recommended that the authorities should allocate budget for the development and construction of the proposed structures and roads of the Baywalk Park. Since the project will require big amount of budget, the construction of the site is suggested to be implemented phase by phase. Commercial and recreational regions near the public are recommended to be developed first. Authorities should give assurance and permission for proper placement of signages of the Baywalk Park. Further study is recommended for the continuous development of the area. Strategic plans should be considered to support the development of Binangonan Baywalk Park.
