EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to analyze the performance of the supervisors and managers in selected food establishment in selected towns and component city in Rizal during the school year 2013-2014. The descriptive method design was used in the conduct of the study. The researchers used the questionnaire checklist and observation that served as tool for documentary analysis and for gathering data and information. Based on the profile of the respondent, in terms of gender male obtained the highest frequency of 28 or 70%, for age 22-24 years old got the highest frequency of 22 or 55%, for educational attainment college level got the highest level of 24 or 60%. The weighted mean of performance of the supervisors and managers in selected food establishment in selected towns and city in Rizal with regards to technical skills got weighted mean of 4042 and verbally interpreted as outstanding, human skills got the average weighted mean of 4.40 and interpreted as outstanding, conceptual skills got the average weighted mean of 4.35 and interpreted as outstanding, design skills got the average weighted mean was 4.31 and interpreted as outstanding. Based on analysis and interpretation of the data gathered it was recommended that the food establishment owners should develop a scheme for awards and incentives to supervisors and managers for them to work well and for them to develop a good working environment. Owners should provide more trainings and seminars both supervisors and workers for them to develop in providing a quality services.
