It determined the significant difference between evaluations made by the respondents on the acceptability of the device in terms of the above mentioned criteria. On the acceptability of Developed tri-Point Technical pen in terms of functionality, it got an average weighted mean of 4.47 as evaluated by the respondents, verbally interpreted as very much functional, while the existing technical pen got an average weighted mean of 3.33, verbally interpreted as moderately functional. In terms of usability, it got an average of weighted mean of 4.71 and was verbally interpreted as very much usable by the respondents, while in the existing technical pen got an average weighted mean of 4.30 and were interpreted as less usable. In terms of safety and maintainability, it got an average of weighted mean of 4.72 and was verbally interpreted as very much safe and maintainable by the respondents while in the existing technical pen got an average weighted mean 4.30 and were interpreted as less usable. The researchers concluded that there is significant difference between the Developed Tri-Point Technical Pen and existing technical pen in terms of functionality, usability, and safety and maintainability, thus null hypothesis is rejected and verbally interpreted as significant. Through the development of the project, it was tested for operations wherein different flaws and shortcomings where observed. Several defects were found, and through try-out and revision method, the technical pen reached functional output and attained objectives. The researches recommend using a lightweight materials for the pen holder.
