Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Technology major in Electrical Technology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to evaluate the Employment status of 2010-2012 Graduates of Bachelor of Technology. This was undertaken at University of Rizal System-Morong during SY. 2015-2016. This study utilized the descriptive method of research with use of adapted questionnaire checklist. The variables used in this study were age, year graduated, civil status and monthly salary. The study tested the null hypothesis that there is no significant relationship on the employment status of graduates/respondents with respect to nature of employment, nature of appointment and job description in terms of age, civil status, year graduated and monthly salary. Frequency and percentage distribution were used in order to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of the selected variables and the aspects such as nature of employment, nature of appointment and job description. To determine the significant relationship on nature of employment, nature of appointment and job description of the respondents in terms of the selected variables such as age, year graduated, civil status and monthly salary, chi square was applied. Based on the findings, the followingconclusions were drawn; Majority of the respondents were male with age ranging from 23-27 and graduated from 2010-2012. Majority of the respondents are employed and most of them are handing temporary position. Age, year graduated, civil status and monthly salary have nothing to do with the graduate's nature of employment, nature of appointment and job description. There was no significant relationship on the employment status of graduates/respondents with respect to nature of employment, nature of appointment and job description in terms of age, civil status, year graduated and monthly salary. Based from the conclusions, the profile of the respondents in terms of age, 31 or 72.5 percent of the belongs to age bracket 23 and 24 years old, 11 or 27.5 percent of the respondents have ages 25-27 years old and above. Out of 42 respondents 19 or 45 percent graduated in the year of 2011 23 or 55 percent graduated in the year 2012 there are the same number of respondents. In terms of civil status, 39 or 93 percent of the respondents are single and only 3 or 7 percent are married. In terms of monthly salary, 2 or 6 percent of the respondents with Php 23,000 and above, 12 or 33 percent of the respondents have Php 17,000 - 22,000, 16 or 44 percent of the respondents have Php 11,000 - 16,000 and 6 or 17 percent of the respondets have Php 10, 000 below. Based from the above findings and conclusion, the following are the derived recommendation: A curricular review of the BT-Electrical and revision must be conducted and improve to be able to meet the present industry requirements. A follow up study on this employment status of the electrical graduated next year may be done to find out whether it changes or remain the same., further study may be conducted.
