Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to create a College of Science Online Virtual Learning. This study was conducted at University of Rizal System College of Science during the school year 2016. The respondents were thirty-three (33) students, two (2) IT Instructors at University of Rizal System and (13) IT Professors from other Colleges. The researchers used developmental and descriptive research design. The main concern of the study was to develop College of Science Online Virtual Learning, and to0 test its acceptability as an instructional material. The researchers used PHP as programming language to make the program possible and MySQL for database, and third party application for web conferencing. To determine the level of acceptability of the College of Science Online Virtual Learning weighted mean was used and to determine if there is significant difference between the perceptions of the respondents on the said program, t-test was utilized. The research design used was descriptive and developmental form of research to attain the desired evaluation and it utilized an adopted questionnaire to evaluate the level of acceptability of the developed program. With regards to the statistical tools, weighted mean was used to determine the level of acceptability as perceived by the respondents in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity; and the independent t-test to find out if there is significant difference on the perception made by two groups of respondents on the acceptability of the program. After gathering the necessary data, findings showed that the acceptability of the program was very much accepted as revealed by the students and instructors for it obtained a high value of weighted mean of 4.70 and 4.53 respectively which proves and accepts the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference on their perceptions in terms of the variables used.
