Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study focused on the first-order linear equation on the problem of common colds diseases. This was conducted at the University of Rizal System-Morong during the school year 2015-2016. The subject of the study was the common colds diseases and the selected students of University of Rizal System-Morong. The University of Rizal System-Morong, COS Reading Center and Accreditation Center of COS were used in the study. After the approval of the title, conducting of assessment availability of materials followed after obtaining enough information. To complement their work, the researchers discussed with their adviser about their analysis. The study applied the First-Order Linear Differential Equation on the problem regarding infectious diseases to measure the course of change of the disease. Based on the summary findings, it is concluded that dealing with the problem on infectious diseases no matter how long the range of time is given, the rate of change can be obtained using First-Order Linear Differential Equation and through another given data. Further studies should be conducted using the First-Order Liner Differential Equation in other situations. Parallel studies should be conducted using other models.
