Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop Mathematical Game Application for Grade 5 students of Quiterio San Jose Elementary School Teresa, Rizal during Academic year 2016-2017. The program was designed and created using Unity Game engine as program language and Adobe Photoshop CS6 for editing. The respondents of the study were five (5) Mathematics teachers and twenty (20) grade 5 students of Quiterio San Jose Elementary School were selected through purposive random sampling techniques. The study used the descriptive type of research which to determine and analyze the difference between the levels of acceptability of the two groups of respondents. The researchers used an adopted modified questionnaire checklist where served as the main instrument by gathering data and to answer the objectives set for the study. The researchers used the interpretation of weighted mean by the level of acceptability of the program developed. Furthermore the general weighted mean of the Mathematics teacher was 4.42 and the grade 5 students was 4.54 as revealed by the respondents. However, it also verbally interpreted as Very Much Accepted. The researchers used independent t-test in which to determine the perception of the two groups of respondents. Furthermore, gathering the level of acceptability of the developed program it was found out there no significant difference in terms of instructional content, curriculum connections, graphic and multimedia, lay-out, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, teacher and learners support materials, learner's classification and flexibility. The researchers concluded that the mathematical game application for grade 5 students was very much accepted in terms of instructional content, curriculum connections, graphic and multimedia, lay-out, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, teacher and learners support materials, learner's classification and flexibility. Based on the findings and conclusion, the researchers recommend that follow study on the level of acceptability of Mathematical game application for grade 5 may be conducted.
