Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop the Morong Doctors Management Information System and to test its acceptability. The Morong Doctors Management Information system was developed through gathering information. Visual Basic 2012 was used as programming language, XAMPP was used database of the program. The study was undertaken at the Morong Doctors Hospital Morong, Rizal during the Academic year 2016-2017. The researchers purposively chose (35) respondents from Morong Doctors Hospital. In this study the researchers used the descriptive and developmental method of research, it also utilized the adopted utilized the adopted questionnaire checklist of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) to evaluate the level of acceptability of the developed program in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. The developed program was found accepted by the respondents as the result of the survey for the proposed system is verbally interpreted as 'Perfectly Acceptable". It is found as very helpful tools for each employee and also for the whole organization. Based on the summary of findings the proponents concluded that the developed system was very much accurate, applicable, user-friendly, workable, complete, portable and modifiable. The proponents highly recommended their developed system to be used by the hospital in order to have an accurate and efficient way of giving service to their clients/patients as this tool will not only be beneficial to their employee but also to the whole company.
