EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop GOCC: An Application for Climate Change Awareness specifically intended for Grade 7 students of Bernardo F. San Juan National High School, in Cardona, Rizal during the Academic Year 2016-2017. The program was designed and created using Xampp, Sublime, Javascript, Firezilla, and PHP as the programming language to develop the program. The respondents of the study were thirty (30) students and twenty (20) instructors of Bernardo F. San Juan National High School and were selected through purposive random sampling technique. The study used the descriptive and developmental method of research to determine and analyze the difference between the level of acceptability of the two groups of respondents. The study proved that there is no significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents, the perception between the instructors and the students with respect to all variables such as instructional content, curriculum connections, graphics and multimedia, lay-outs, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, teacher and learner support materials, learner classification/survey of learners, and flexibility. It was found out that the developed program was very much accepted with regards to its attribute as a system for it that both respondents have a verbal interpretation of Very much Accepted. The researchers therefore concluded that the developed program is useful for inputs prevention and knowledge about Climate Change and at the same time is enjoyable and entertaining because it uses web application game. With all the formulated conclusions, the recommendation are hereby followed: The Developed program GOCC: An Application for Climate Change Awareness can be utilized to prevent Climate Change Awareness. The developed program can be utilized to inform students about climate change and prevention. Follow up study may be conducted for further enhancement of the developed study.
