EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study was conducted to develop and test the acceptability of Disaster Awareness Electronic Book of Knowledge. This study aimed to enhance the awareness of the citizen using android application. The study was conducted on the selected towns of Rizal and University of Rizal System-Morong during the first semester 2016-2017. There were thirty (30) MDRRMO officers from selected towns of Rizal namely Tanay, Morong, Cardona and Binangonan and ten (10) Information Technology instructors from University of Rizal System Morong Campus. The program was designed and created using Adobe Photoshop, Java Script and Sublime text for design enhancement. The researchers used Android Studio version 2.1.0 in developing the system Descriptive and Developmental researchers method were used by the researchers during the conduct of the study to determine and analyze the difference between the levels of acceptability of the two groups of the respondents and the developed Disaster Awareness Electronic Book of Knowledge. To determine the level of acceptability of the developed program in terms of accuracy, applicability, workability, completeness, user-friendliness, portability, modifiability and clarity, weighted mean was used to find the significant difference on the perception of the respondents. The result of the study showed that it gained a weighted mean of 4.7 for faculty and 4.6 for the MDRRMO officers on the perception of the respondents on the level of acceptability of the program with the verbal interpretation of "Very Much Accepted". Based on the findings and conclusion, the following are highly recommended: That each municipalities may provide financial support for the developed system to be an additional tool for the citizen to be aware; that follow-up of citizen may be conducted for further enhancement pf the mobile learning for better understanding of the program.
