EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled "Variation of Electric Energy Consumption of Appliances in Selected Houses in Binangonan, Rizal" was conducted at Brgy, Mambog, Binangonan, Rizal, during the first section of school year 2016-2017. The subjects of the study were the houses located in Sitio Calvon in the said Barangay. The qualitative, descriptive and quantitative methods of research were utilized. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), was applied to determine the significant difference on the electric energy consumption of appliances in selected houses. The study found out that the refrigerator consumed more electric energy while the least is DVD player. The study also revealed that there is no significant difference the electric energy consumption of appliances in selected houses. It was concluded the higher the electricity bills. Moreover, the chosen household was no significant difference and they have the same way of house living, therefore the researchers concluded that there was a big possibilities that all gathered data of each household in Binangonan have the same result of null hypothesis. The study recommended to try to lessen the utilization of appliance which consume more electricity. Unplug the appliances when they're not in use. Choose appliances with low power consumption. Similar studies can be conducted considering other variables for the improvement of this study.
