Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled "Implicit and Explicit Stereotyping Activation among old Age". The researchers conducted the study with the purpose of determining the implicit and explicit stereotyping activation among old age. There were five (5) selected participants within the town of Binangonan, Cardona, Baras, and Tanay, Rizal. This study made used of case study type of descriptive qualitative method of research. It did the researcher-made structured interview and did not involve measurement or statistic. It is a method of inquiry employed in many different academic disciplines traditionally in social sciences. The discussion showed that the old aged persons are affected with respect to implicit and explicit stereotyping when it comes in following fashion trends. Based on their experiences which strengthen the evidence of how implicit and explicit stereotyping occurs As a general recommendation, future researchers may conduct a study about the distinction between implicit and explicit stereotyping activation among old age, we recommend. The society needs to understand more old aged in following fashion trends. The respondents can still continue being trendy as long as they know to dress according to their age. Lastly, the youth must respect and understand those old aged who wants to be in trend.
