Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the employment status and level of job satisfaction of Psychology Graduates. This study was conducted during the second semester of the school year 2015-2016. The subject of the study were the 151 Psychology Graduates of University of Rizal System Morong. The study involved the participation of one hundred fifty-one (151) graduated of Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduates of University of Rizal System Morong Campus, in S.Y. 2013-2014 the number of graduated who responded were 49, the researchers retrieved 70 questionnaire from batch 2014-2015 and in batch 2015-2016 the total number of graduates that responds were 32. The study measured the level of job satisfaction in terms of recognition and achievement, work environment, compensation and benefit, career and professional development and rank/position in relation with the graduates' employment status. The researcher used the descriptive method of research by using adaptive and modified questionnaire as the main instrument in order to gather significant and relevant data to answer the problem. To analyze the data gathered, the following statistical treatments were used to determine the employment status of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduates: frequency and percentage distribution. To determine the level of job satisfaction of the graduates with respect to recognition and achievement, work environment, compensation and benefit, career and professional development, and rank/position. The mean and standard deviation were used. To utilize the significant difference between employment status and job satisfaction of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduates of University of Rizal System Morong, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was applied. The findings of the study showed that the majority of the Psychology graduates are "Employed". Whereas, the graduates are "satisfied" in terms of the level of job satisfaction with respect to recognition and achievement, work environment, compensation and benefit, career and professional development, and rank/position. And there is also a significant difference between the employment status and job satisfaction of the graduate. Based from the summary of findings presents, the following conclusions and recommendations are hereby presented. The graduates of Bachelor of Science in Psychology program are employed and are satisfied with their chosen career. The study recommends the following: companies may offer a job-specific training to help employees develop their talents, empowering them to become more effective and engaged in their roles. The school should continue and intensify the job fair program and have more affiliations to other companies to widen the opportunity of the students to find work applicable to their professionalism.
