EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The purpose of the study was to determine the effects of technology to self-efficacy and homework procrastination of the selected grade school pupils of University of Rizal System Laboratory School. The study was based on the theory of "Self-Efficacy Theory" tells that individuals are more likely to engage in those they do not. The theory focused of how self-efficacy can influence your goal, actions, success and failures in life. The study used utilization of technology to know how it can affect the self-efficacy and homework procrastination. There was a total of 20 participants from grade five pupils and 2 participants from grade six pupils of University of Rizal System Laboratory School. The researchers used a descriptive method and researchers mad questionnaire checklist to investigate the utilization of technology on self-efficacy and homework procrastination of the respondents. Also, the researchers used extent of utilization scale which was researchers made questionnaire that consists 45 items. The general self-efficacy scale which us a unidimensional type of scale that determined the level of self-efficacy of the respondents and procrastination scale by Lay (1986) as the instruments used in the study. The study revealed that technology has np significant effect to the self-efficacy and homework procrastination of the grade school pupils. Self-efficacy and homework procrastination has a significant relationship which means that as the self-efficacy increases the homework procrastination decreases. Lastly, the technology does not affect the self-efficacy and homework procrastination of grade school pupils, which mean that whether the students use technology or not they still have a chance to experience self-efficacy and homework procrastination. University of Rizal System Laboratory School is encouraged to reduce the homework procrastination by being strict on time when there's a submission of projects, activities, and assignments. The current study can be a basis of future study about self-efficacy and homework procrastination.
