Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to determine the significant difference of facebook use and the level of narcissistic behavior of teenagers of University of Rizal System-Morong Campus Laboratory School. This was conducted during the school year of 2015-2016. The subjects of the study were the 8th and 9th Grader students of the Laboratory Department with a total population of 155. The study measured the level of narcissistic behavior of teenagers in terms of their profile, year and section, age, sex and frequency of use of facebook. For the analysis of the gathered data, the researchers utilized the Narcissistic Personality inventory together with a survey questionnaire that determined their profile. To determine the level of narcissistic behavior of teenagers in terms of their profile with respect to year and section, age, sex and frequency of use of Facebook the mean and standard deviation were used. In utilizing the significant difference of facebook users and narcissistic behavior of teenagers in terms of their profile One-way ANOVA was used. In utilizing the significant difference relationship of frequency of use of facebook and the level of narcissistic behavior of teenagers One-way ANOVA was used. Based on the study the researchers therefore concluded the following. There are more female students who are in grade 8A and with age of 14 years old. Most of the facebook users have moderate level of frequency of use of facebook. Facebook users belong to borderline (exploitativeness) level of narcissistic behavior. The profile of facebook users does not affect their level of narcissistic behavior. Frequency of use facebook is not related to their level of narcissistic behavior. The study offered the following recommendations. Further studies may consider the use of other variables. The college may conduct seminars or lecture-forum that will promote awareness of the positive and negative outcome involving facebook to the teenagers.
