Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study is entitled, Motivational Factors Influencing Sisters and Seminarians aimed to determine the level of motivation of Sisters and Seminarians in different aspects. This subject of the study is composed of 30% of the population of the students from Grade 10 and Grade 11 Senior high of John Paul II Minor Seminary Antipolo, City and 20% of the population of the Sisters of Our Lady of Chartres convent Antipolo, City. This study used 43 participants: 10 Grade 10, 17 Grade 11, 4 Aspirancy, 8 first year Juniorate and 4 First year Novitiate. The study used descriptive method of research utilizing the adapted and modified questionnaire in collecting data. The data gathered from the provided adapted and modified questionnaire was statistically computed using the match group design (T-test). With that computation, the findings revealed that motivation in terms of personal, religious and external influences have no significant difference but in terms of teachings and trainings aspects there is significant difference on the level of motivation of the respondents. The results from the computation of T-test of the motivational factors of the sisters and seminarians are as follow: personal is .998, religious is .198, an external influence is .971 and teaching and trainings are 001. It indicates that the null hypothesis of Personal, Religious and External Influences, it means that there is no significant differences while in the teachings and training factors there is significant differences of their level of motivation the result shows that the sisters are highly motivated in this aspect than the seminarians. From the summary of findings and conclusions formulates, the following are recommended: The churches may provide an enhanced search in activities to encourage and guide the church goers to find their true calling. The different institutions under of the Catholic Church may conduct intensive program about the aspect of religious and teachings and trainings.
