Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was conducted to help and give Baras, Rizal to be the resort capital of Rizal. Specifically, this study aimed to design a resort in town of Baras and prepare sets of plans of different amenities within the resort; prepare and draw the design of the Hillside Resort amenities, construct a layout design of tarpaulin and finally to determine the benefits derived from the project in terms of socio economic benefits and its estimated project income. To design a resort, the researchers analyzed and sought the condition of the area, the effect of the nearby rice field, the competition with other resort and how to attract the possible clientele. On preparing sets of plans, the researchers designed the Hillside Resort with its commensurate dimension and services in the resort. The details for the different area works also draw from the approval from the experts in building construction. The researchers formed a conclusion and recommendations in building the proposed project from the annual income and expenses that will not suffer or loss of the resort. With the local government unit of Rizal it should also include this project as one tourism spot in Baras, so it will help a good impression of the town. Further studied of the structural design of Hillside Resort, that it will be competitive to the other resort at nearby towns. The operational feasibility on the project should also include in future investigations that are willing to conduct.
