EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System has been developed and performed try-out and revisions. Determined the level of acceptability of the project based from the following variable, design and functionality, usefulness, safety and maintenance. Determined the significant difference on the evaluation made by the experts and electromechanical students on the above mentioned variables. Determined the level of performance of the developed project using the following variables, cooling efficiency, cooling time and current consumption. On the design and construction of the Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System, it was developed out of locally available materials. The project was tested for operation where many problems and revisions were done. Replacement of the defective parts were done also and corrected the proper fittings of the mechanical system. On the acceptability of the completed output of Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System is verbally interpreted as "extremely accepted" respectively in terms of design and functionality. In terms of usefulness the merited a verbal interpretation of "extremely accepted". In terms of safety and maintenance the Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System obtained a verbal interpretation of "extremely accepted". In general, the acceptability of the project as evaluated by the respondents obtained a weighted mean of 4.7 for the end-users and verbally interpreted as "extremely acceptable" and 4.75 weighted mean for expert and verbally interpreted as "extremely acceptable". On the significant difference on the evaluation made by the experts and end-users on Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System in terms of design and functionality was found no significant difference at 0.5 level of significance with a computed t-value of 0.8. In terms of usefulness was found no significant difference at 0.5 level of significance with a computed t-value of 0.4. In terms of safety and maintenance was found no significant difference at 0.5 level of significance with computed t-value of 0.4. In general, there is no significant difference on the Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System as perceived by the respondents with respect to design and functionality, usefulness, safety and maintenance. On the level of performance of the Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System in terms of cooling efficiency is verbally interpreted as "effective". In terms of cooling time it is verbally interpreted as "effective". In general, the level of performance of the Domestic Chilled Water Type Air-Conditioning System in terms of cooling efficiency cooling time and current consumption is verbally interpreted as "effective".
