Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the employability of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education graduates during the School years 2010-2011, 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 which was conducted during the School Year 2016-2017. The study was conducted around Rizal during the SY 2015-2016. The respondents of the study were the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education graduated from 2010-2014. The researchers administered an adopted questionnaire-checklist to the respondents to determine the employability of the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education. The respondents of the study were the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education graduates from 2010-2014 who were described in terms of sex, age, civil status, year graduated, eligibility , occupation, monthly income, years in teaching/working and highest educational attainment. The study used the descriptive research design using questionnaire-checklist as the main tool in gathering the needed data. The findings revealed that majority of the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education graduates were employed in different institution and most of the graduates were teaching in public schools and their faculty were much competent in using variety of teaching methodologies and when it comes to curriculum the content and objectives were relevant to the needs of the students and lastly the material resources were adequate and suited to the necessity of the students. As a result of foregoing findings and conclusion. Most of the BSE-TLE graduates were employed in line with the area of specialization. It was recommended to revisit and probable course curriculum modification for the BSE-TLE program and parallel study be conducted considering other areas of concern.
