EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the feasibility of having a Baras Medical Center in Baras, Rizal. The proposed project has a variety of facilities purposes. It contains an emergency department, occupational department, administrative department, delivery rooms, intensitive care unit, laboratory, x-ray, nursery and patient rooms. The purpose of the study is to give medication of residents of Baras and other nearby municipalities. To give medication, to provide treatment in case of emergency situations and to cure of all kinds of diseases. The researcher prepared the set of plans such as: Architectural Plans, structural Plans, Electrical and plumbing plans as a presentation of how to construct the project. The details of construction and the external design also shown in the drawings. By computing the project cost, the researchers used the current prices in the market to determine the total cost of the project. Based on the estimated bill of materials, the proposed Baras Medical Center cost of Php.76,264,635,61. The computation of furniture, amenities, landscapes, electrical materials and plumbing materials are excluded. In constructing the miniature of the project. The researchers used the scale of 1:100 and the miniature is exactly the same as what shown in the drawings. Based on the findings, the researchers concluded that the Proposed Baras Medical Center would help the residents of Baras. To give medication of all kinds of diseases not only residents of baras but also to nearby municipalities like, Tanay, Morong and Teresa. The researchers recommended that Baras Medical Center should have a budget from the government in constructing the project. This Proposed Baras Medical Center will help residents in Baras and to cure any kind of deseases.
