Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-regulation of Board passers Graduates of URS Morong. The subject of the study is composed of seventy-five (75) board passer graduates from the different colleges of University of Rizal System Morong. The study utilized the Self-Regulation Scale Brown Miller & Lawendowski and Self-Concept Scale of Robson as the main instrument in gathering data. For the analysis and interpretation of data, the following statistical tools were considered. To determine the level of self-regulation on board passer graduates, mean was u8sed. To determine the significance relationship between the self-concept and self-regulation of the respondents, Pearson-r was used. From the data gathered it is concluded the respondents, was able to identify themselves as competent individuals and that their self-confidence was boosted after passing the board examination. Also, an increased in ability to govern their thoughts and action gives to their capability to develop a high sense of self-control. Based from the summary of findings and conclusion, the following recommendations are hereby offered: Other sponsors like local Government Units may provide programs such as a scholarship, offering a financial assistance which help those deserving students for them to take board examination. The school may intensify and continuously conduct review program for the graduates. Parallel studies may be conducted considering other variables.
