EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was conducted to test the acceptability of the developed learning guide in woods joints. The research was conducted during the academic year 2016-2017 in University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. The respondents of the study were students and experts in wood joints inside the campus. This study used the descriptive method of research utilizing the questionnaire-checklist in testing the level of acceptability of the mentioned output. Mean and independent t-test were the statistical tools used to answer problems in line with the study. The study revealed that the level of ace\acceptability of the developed learning guide as perceived by the students and experts with respect to objectives, contents, activity, graphics, language and styles and usability was very highly accepted. This was justified by the computed mean of the two groups of respondents. This study proved that the perception of the two groups of respondents on the acceptability of the developed learning guide in wood joints has no significant difference with respect to the content, graphics and language and styles while the aspect found having significant difference with respect to the objectives, activity and usability. Based on the findings and conclusions derived from the study, the researchers recommended the following; the developed learning guide should be used to improve the learning abilities and skills of the BSE-TLE students: conduct follow-up studies regarding the effectiveness of the developed learning guide in teaching carpentry that focused on wood joints; carpentry teachers should expose their students to the hands-on activity so that practical skills can be enhanced; and the developed learning guide be restudied and innovated for the improvement of the study.
