Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop a Modified Instructional Board, Specifically, this study attempted to design and construct a Modified Instructional Board, perform try-out and revision and determine the acceptability of the Modified Instructional Board in terms of usefulness, durability, functionality of the parts, safety and maintenance and quality and cost. Moreover, this study also determined the significant difference between the existing or multipurpose demonstration board and modified instructional board in terms of the said criteria on the evaluators made by the group of respondents. The modified instructional board was conducted at University of Rizal System-Morong Campus during the S.Y. 2015-2016. Furthermore an adapted questionnaire checklist was utilized to determine the level of the acceptability of modified instructional board among 20 (twenty) students and 20 (twenty) instructors and professors in different colleges in terms of its usefulness, durability, functionality of the parts, safety and maintenance and quality and cost. In general the acceptability of Modified Instructional Board as evaluated by the respondents gained a verbal interpretation of very acceptable with a general weighted mean of 4.77 for the modified instructional board and 4.59 for the existing board. The researcher also done try-out and revisions they found out that the board is too heavy to be transferred, the board is too heavy for the roller wheels, it has sharp edges, and the excess part of the bolt, cabinet lock and the board must have a light to a top side of it. After the defects were found out, revision was done by the researchers to revise the defect part of it. Based from the summary of findings the researchers found out that the Developed of Modified Instructional Board was accepted as to its usefulness, durability, functionality of the parts, safety and maintenance and quality and cost as evaluated by the said respondents. The project was verbally interpreted as extremely useful, extremely durable, outstanding, extremely safe and easy and excellence based from the result. The study concluded that the modified instructional board and existing board have no significant difference between the level of acceptability in terms of usefulness, durability, functionality of the parts, safety and maintenance and quality and cost. Based on the result of findings and conclusions, it is recommended that some of the planned features should have been constructed accordingly particularly the adjustable feet or footage height, add if necessary white screen for projector to maximize font and illustration attached on the side board is expensive but useful, add a light on the top side of the board, add a convenient outlet and reduce or cut the excess edges.
