This study primarily aimed to assess the garbage disposal of households in selected purok in Barangay Sampaloc Tanay Rizal. The descriptive survey method was used and survey questionnaires with interviews were administered for data gathering. Majority of the household respondents are composed of a maximum of five members and a minimum of one . most of the two hundred sixty seven represented by women, most married with age ranging fro forty eight to fifty seven years old, with monthly income of Php 6,000-10,999. The respondents are practicing solid waste management and they use different ways which includes waste minimization , classification and segregation of the household waster.
