The firm shall be known as "VinTinEan". It came from the names of the researchers. "Vin" stands for Marvin, "Tin" Stands for Martin, and "Ean" stands for Sean. They believed that the name would be best describes the business and the services it would provide to the customers. The proposed business aims is to provide quality and affordable souvenirs. VinTinEan will be located at E. Rodriguez Avenue Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal, right beside AFPFC and in front of Sampaloc Elementary School. The site is accessible and easy to be located.Martin C. Delmar, Sean Alfred D. Lanado, Marvin R. Rodriguez, the proponents, will be a capitalists partners, and will equally contribute cashto finance theinitial capital requirement amounting to PhP300,000.00.The daily operation of the business will be monitored by the manager. Each personnel will have different obligations to be performed.
