The study aimed to assess the awareness of domestic workers and employers on RA 10361 (Kasambahay law) at Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. Descriptive method of research was used utilizing questionnaire-checklist as the major tool and serve as instrument for gathering data. There were thirty (30) domestic workers and twenty-eight (28) employers from whom data were gathered. These data were then analyzed using statistical tools such as frequency, weighted mean, and one-way Analysis of Variance. The study found out that most of the domestic workers in Brgy. Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal belonged to age 21-30. They are mostly female, single, secondary education graduate, and were originally from the study area. Most of them were in the domestic work for 2-4 years, and performed all around duties and responsibilities at the household. Most of the respondents are receiving a monthly salary amounting to PhP3, 001.00-PhP4.000.00. While as for the employers, most of them belonged to ages 21-30, mostly female. Also, most of them are married, college graduates and originally from Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal. Most of them are business owners and soldiers.
