Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Elementary Education University of Rizal System Tanay 2017 Summary: The study entitled "Involvement in the Extracurricular Activities and Personality Development of Grade School Leaders in University of Rizal System" aimed to determine the extent of personality development with respect to physical, social or intellectual aspect through involvement in extracurricular activity.This study used descriptive method of research. The respondents were 41 selected grade school leaders at the Laboratory School of University of Rizal System Tanay, School Year 2016-2017. Total enumeration was used. The statistical tools used in the study are frequency distribution, percentage, rank and weighted mean. The findings of the study include the following; there are more 12 years old, eldest, male, Grade VI pupils occupying the position of secretary, with college graduate parents and family income of P10, 000 - 19, 000. Most of the grade School Leaders belongs to SCA. The pupils have little involvement in extracurricular activities and their personality is much developed in terms of physical, social, emotional or intellectual aspect. Based on the findings of the study, the foregoing conclusion was formulated. The respondents developed well their personality though there is little involvement in extracurricular activities.
