The proponents serve as capitalists/industrialist including Dr. Sonia Liza Solano who acts as one of the investors. Each investor shares equal amount of capital. Dr. Sonia Liza Solano will be the manager and the dermatologist. Two of the proponents' act as assistants and the other one serves as front desk officer and cashier. A maintenance helper will be hired. The dermatologist/manager receive a monthly wage of PhP18,905.00 while the two assistants receive PhP9,100.00 monthly. The front desk officer/cashier will receive a monthly salary of PhP8,000.00 while the maintenance helper receive PhP7,800.00 monthly. The salary of the employees is based on the minimum wage set by the government. During the pre-operating period licenses and other documents will be recomputed for the legal operation of the business. Equipments and other materials will be obtained and promotional strategies will be established. xviii Marketing Feasibility The business will have the target market with ages 18 years old and above. The survey conducted revealed that there was a need of a skin care clinic in Barangay Sampaloc since 90% of the respondents agreed to avail its services. To maintain the stability of the business, a promotional campaign will be utilized using tarpaulins, distributing flyers and calling cards and establishing a facebook page. The business will maintain its high quality service to maintain the satisfaction of its clients. Technical Feasibility The Allure Skin Care Clinic occupies a 600 sqm space located along Marcos Highway (beside Sampaloc Inn) Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. The business will be opened Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The main priority of the business is to attend to the clients' needs and demands for their services. They will meet the client to assess the services and learn what the clients need and want in terms of skin care. Financial Feasibility The business has an initial capital of PhP344,667.66 that shall be spent according to the necessary expenditures in starting up a business. The machinery and equipment, janitorial expense, office supplies expense, furniture and fixtures, permit, fees and licenses, advertisement expense, utilities expense and employers contribution shall be settled out on the capital. During the first year of operation, the business will earn a total income of PhP3,391,860.00. The total expense is PhP1,407,514.04.The income before tax of PhP1,984,345.96 shall have a 30 percent of deduction from income tax which is PhP595,303.79. Socio-Economic Feasibility The Skin Care Clinic will provide job opportunities to individuals who are skilled in the field. Moreover, the taxes to be paid by the business will add revenue to be earned by the community. Conclusions to Feasibility The proposed business will be feasible because the conducted survey revealed a high demand for skin care services. At the same time, it has a strategic location where the prospective clients can easily avail the services they need. Lastly, its return of investment and cash payback and financial statement and financial ratio analysis guarantee its success.
