The research utilized the descriptive research design to ascertain its purpose. The percentage and weighted mean were used in the analysis and interpretation of the gathered data. The study had revealed that the respondents are dominated by those in the bracket of 19-20 years old and that are mostly female. The organizations with the highest frequency were COSESCO, Les Scientistes, Bachelor of Elementary Education Organization, CAMSC, Tourism Society and KAMFIL while the student leaders having the position of Vice-President are the greatest in number. The respondents perceived that their freedom of speech, freedom to have a transparent government, freedom to public affairs and freedom to organize are Very Much Implicated by their Freedom of Information. The respondents' profile such as age, sex and position in the organization is not contributory to their perceived implications of freedom of information. However, course and co-curricular organization are contributory to their differing perceived implications since there are certain courses and organizations that are more politically active, aware and cognizant than the others. In light of the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are offered: the institution in which the student leaders belong and serve must continue to uphold their right to information in order to have a more developed, transparent and progress-centered society in the academe; the students' co-curricular organizations, especially the student leaders are encouraged to have a better view when it comes to their rights by having seminars and other similar activities. More importantly, they must always exercise their right to information for it will give them the chance to be involved in things concerning their welfare; conduct of studies along this area using other variables may be considered to strengthen and enhance it further.
