This study primarily aimed to determine the Common behavioral problems
of employees in private and public organizations. It was conducted during the school year 2017-2018 The respondents were interviewed using instrument Involving the Human Resource personnel of the eight (😎 different selected organizations namely: Quezon City Hall, a Government office located at Diliman, Quezon City, PCA, a Agricultural services, located at Elliptical Road. Diliman, Quezon City, Commission on Audit, a Supreme State Audit Institution, located at Quezon City, DSWD, A Government office, located at Batasan Pambansa Complex, Batasan Road, Romeo and Jayda, a Construction Supply, located at Avatex Hill top Road, BC Cuerpo, a Construction Supply, located at E. Rodriguez Hi-way. Most Holy Rosary Multi-Purpose Cooperative, a located at, H-VILL Hospital located at 82 J.P Rizal Street, Manggahan, Rodriguez Rizal.
From the gathered data, the following findings were drawn. The common behavioral problems among employees met in public and private organizations were absenteeism, tardiness and disobedience to organizations policies. The reason of this behaviour problem was attitude of co-workers, personal matter, traffic, distance and especially the family problem. The employees who often did these behavioural problems were at millennial age and married persons.
