Summary: EXECUTIVE Summary: This study aimed to find out the learning styles of the grade 7 students in TLE, specifically the relationship of these learning styles to their performance in the class. One hundred thirty six (136) grade 7 students from Tanay National High School served as respondents of the study. Descriptive Documentary Analysis method of research was employed in the study. This study utilized an adopted questionnaire-checklist. With the analysis and interpretation of the data gathered it was found that out of the four (4) learning styles, visual learning obtained the highest mean, followed by the interactive learning, then print and the least is the auditory learning. Which implies that Grade 7 students of TNHS has common learning styles that they possess when acquiring knowledge in the subject. All of these styles are applicable and perceived to be effective. It is said that teachers must consider the learning styles of the students and provide appropriate teaching instructions and strategies that suit those learning styles which could help increase the performance of the students. Based on the findings and the analysis of data derived on the process of the study, it was concluded the respondents were able to use different learning styles in TLE. The level of performance of the students in the subject is Approaching Proficiency. And there is a slight relationship between the learning style and performance of the students. Based on the analysis of findings and conclusions drawn the following were the recommendations offered: Select the best teaching strategies that will fit the learning styles of the students. Teachers must be aware of the learning styles of the students to increase their level of performance. Conduct follow up studies considering other subjects.
