Summary: Executive Summary: This study was confined on the acceptability of powerpoint presentation in teaching Mathematics for grade 4. This used the descriptive evaluative design of research. A modified questionnaire-checklist was used as an instrument to find the level of acceptability of the powerpoint presentation. The respondents were the thirteen (13) teachers of Mathematics from the faculty of Darangan Elementary School and seven (7) technology experts in URSM. The researchers used Microsoft Powerpoint as the main tool. Mean was used to determine the level of acceptability of powerpoint presentation as evaluated by the elementary teachers and IT experts in terms of objective, usefulness, language and style, modifiability, and visual and sound effects which are all verbally interpreted as "Very Much Accepted". To determine the significant difference on the level of acceptability of powerpoint presentation independent t-test was used. The result showed that there is no significant difference in terms of usefulness, language and style, modifiability, and visual and sound effects. Therefore, the result fail to reject he null hypothesis. However; there is significant difference on the level of acceptability of the developed material in terms of objectives, hence, the null hypothesis is rejected. Based from the summary of findings and conclusion drawn the researchers recommend that the teachers use the developed powerpoint presentation in teaching Mathematics for Grade 4. The researchers also recommend that future researchers conduct a follow-up study on the effectiveness of the developed material and to conduct a parallel study considering other variables.
