Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The main objective of the study was to determine the frequency of the employability and the competencies of the graduates of psychology by a modified survey questionnaire. The study was conducted in around Rizal, given to the 230 graduates of psychology. The findings showed that most of the different batch are still unemployed. Our University is encouraged that the current program and delivery of instruction be continue and strengthened by the current administrators. They can be used in the future. Our University is highly encouraged to strengthen the current programs being given such as trainings and seminars for the students being honed how to perform their task and handle things in critical situations that would help in enhancing their personality development. A website or social network similar to face book can be utilized by the University so as to maintain contact with its graduated. Graduates of the University are great marketing ambassadors for the University, a closer relationship with them would yield additional enrollees for the instruction.
