Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the acceptability of Mathman Survival Game. The researchers used descriptive developmental type of research. The main concern of this study was to motivate the students to learn the mathematics. The researchers used Unity to develop a program and adobe photoshop to add animations, movie clips, for games and flash animations. The research study was conducted during the school year 2017-2018 in the University of Rizal System-Morong Campus. The respondents were forty (40) Grade IV students in Baras Elementary School and ten (10) teachers. To determine if there is significant difference between the perceptions of the respondents on the said program, t-test was utilized. There is a significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents on the acceptability of the developed program on Mathman Survival Game as to the perception of the teachers in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendly, workability, and portability. However, there is no significant the Acceptability in terms of completeness, modifiability and clarity. To determine the level of acceptability of the Mathman Survival Game, weighted mean was used. Based on the summary of findings, the study concluded that the developed program Mathman Survival Game is user-friendly. This instructional software empowered the mind of everyone, most especially the students. And the developed program passed all the qualifications needed in conducting the study and is also satisfied the user's demands. This research study would help the students to develop and challenge the users, based on their knowledge about the subject and the teachers to test the ability their students as well. It is recommended that the program be used to enhance the mental ability of the students and follow-up study be conducted for further enhancement of the developed program.
