The respondents relative to their identity relationship which are unit identity; where most of them get along so well and do things together with the same attention and treatment by their parents and significant others, interdependent identity; most of them treat each other as best friend along with the support and respect they had for each other, split identity; only one pair of the identical twins manifested such relationship wherein they sometimes wish not to be a twin, and lastly individual identity; wherein they know exactly their individual differences, interests and preferences which contributes to their healthy relationship as twins. As for general recommendation, identical twins may learn to adjust on the factors affecting the development of their own identity and twin relation identity particularly in split identity. Moreover, future researchers may be conducted considering other variable and subject. It is recommended that the family may strengthen their family relationships among identical twins to develop their identity status and relationship and the school organization may sustain the seminar and related activities on personality development, self- awareness and understanding including camaraderie and good relationship among students that may include understanding on how to properly raise identical twins. Lastly, the concerned government agencies including non-government organizations (NGO's) must continue their support on program and activities related to social awareness, mental hygiene, parenting, self-identity and relationship.
